Spoiler: show
1) Find the key on your keyboard that says one of the following:
"Print Screen"; "Prt Sc", "Prnt Scrn"
Or another version of that.
Usually located above the home/end keys and near the scroll lock.
Like so:

or on a laptop may look like this
Notice that you have to hold the "Fn" or "Function" key in order to press print screen.

Press that button. The image is now saved inside of your "clipboard". Which is where text, images, and files are copied when you press the Control+C combination as well.

Now open your favorite program for image editing. For some of your it may be something fancy such as fireworks or photoshop. But most of you i'm assuming will be using MS Paint("C:\windows\system32\mspaint.exe"). Upon opening paint you will need to go to "Edit>>Paste" or you can always just press "Control+V". If you are using fireworks or photoshop you will need to start a new document then press the Paste button.

After you have all that done, you can edit and crop etc. Then save the file, preferably as a ".JPG" file extension. (If you don't know how to do this, don't worry about it).

Now for the hardest part for most, the uploading(See "How do I upload pictures?" below).
